This Avallon 15” wine cooler has some scratches on top and a scratch on the bottom of the handle.  These are simply cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the unit.

Buyer will be responsible for any charges that may occur due to incorrect shipping information.
Once your item(s) is picked up from H&H warehouse, we will enter your Tracking Number (BOL# or PRO#) and Freight Carrier Name in your "eBay Purchase Account - Order Detail". Please track your shipment.
Once the product has arrived in your area, the Carriers will contact you on the phone number you provided to schedule delivery.
If a customer is not available to receive a scheduled delivery, the customer must reschedule the delivery and will be responsible for any Carrier's re-delivery fee.
If the item cannot be delivered and is stored in a secure storage facility, the customer will be responsible for paying the daily storage fee.
If the item cannot be delivered after an excessive period of time (10 business days) due to the customers lack of communication, the item will be returned to us and we will deduct the shipping costs both ways, plus a 10% restocking fee from your refund.
Carrier will provide curbside delivery only. Service does not include moving the item into your garage, home or other personal or business space.

We will file a claim with the carrier and start a refund. Please retain the orginal packing materials.
Ensure that you have sufficient personnel to handle heavier items.
Carrier is not responsible to remove and dispose of packing material.

: Packing material is required if the product must be returned to us.
If you refuse your shipment for any reason other than damage to the package, you will be subject to additional charges.
Returns & Refunds
