We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs. No International Shipping and no local pick-up. You will be notified with a tracking number when your order ships. If your package is lost in shipping, please contact us and we will locate it or replace it. We ship for free but some states charge a small shipping surcharge and will be applied at checkout.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If your merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace the item if available, or issue you a prepaid return label for a full refund. If your item is missing a part or has a damaged part, please do not worry, just message us before you assemble it, and we will help you. Returns must be in the original shipping box with materials and accessories.
