New, Michael Healy PINECONE Door Knocker.  Made of cast brass, this is a brilliant, beautiful piece of art for your door!  It has the hardware, is signed on the back, and appears to be unused.  It is in the INCORRECT box. Very heavy piece at almost 3 pounds.  Measures 5" long, is 4" wide, and is 2 3/4" deep.  No scratches or marks.
Most of the items that I sell are antique or vintage as as such they do show signs of patina, use, and age.  That only adds to the character that so many collectors desire.  If there are any major issues or defects, I try to describe them to the best of my ability and as accurately as possible.  In the event that I do miss something with words, I provide you with plenty of pictures to be included as part of the description.
